Registration for the Aruba Beach Tennis Open 2017 is only valid after full payment for the registration has been received by Beach Tennis Aruba (BTA) and a confirmation mail has been sent to the participant. All credit card information is collected and stored securely. BTA uses the information only for the purpose supplied and does not maintain credit card information for each individual member. BTA does not sell, trade, or rent personal identification information to others. BTA may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and participants with our business partners, sponsors, potential sponsors and other parties to help them better understand Aruba Beach Tennis Open participants and their interests.
Participants have to sign in 24 hours before the start of each event at the registration tent of the Aruba Beach Tennis Open 2017. When signing in, participants have to present a valid, government issued, photo identification containing date of birth. Acceptable forms of identification include: driver’s license, state-issued photo ID or passport.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy:
Once a player is registered for any of the Aruba Beach Tennis Open events, all cancellations must be submitted using the contact link on the website. All cancellations received by BTA on or before October 31, 2017, are entitled to a refund, minus a USD$15 processing fee, provided it is submitted using the appropriate form. No refunds will be given to registrants who cancel after October 31, 2017 or who fail to attend the Aruba Beach Tennis Open 2017– absolutely no exceptions will be made for any reason, including medical or family emergencies or weather conditions. Substitutions for paid registrants are allowed until October 31, 2017. All substitutions must be submitted using the contact link on the website and must include all pertinent changes for the substituting attendee.
If any circumstances or events beyond the control of BTA causes cancellation of all or any portion of the Aruba Beach Tennis Open 2017, BTA agrees to refund any portion of the registration fee for which BTA is reimbursed by insurance or another third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event.
Beach Tennis Aruba cannot accept any liability for death, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons or partners or attendant caregivers). In particular, Beach Tennis Aruba cannot accept any liability for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by hotel companies or transport operators. Nor can Beach Tennis Aruba accept liability for losses suffered by reason of war including threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disasters, weather, fire, flood, drought, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by registrants and/or partners in connection with the Aruba Beach Tennis Open 2017, nor losses suffered by reason of industrial disputes, governmental action, registrations or technical problems which may affect the services provided in connection with the Aruba Beach Tennis Open 2017.
